How to use
Add 5-6 teaspoons of the foot soak to 5 litres of warm water in a bucket or foot tub. Soak your feet for 20 minutes and scrub your feet with a foot scrubber if possible. Rinse your feet off with fresh water and towel dry. Please apply a moisturizer or foot cream. Note: There may be a tingling sensation during use as peppermint oil improves circulation. However, please discontinue use if any irritation persists after an hour of using the foot soak. Please avoid if you have blisters or deep cracks on your feet.
