In 1995, our founder experienced a severe allergic reaction to a facial with synthetic cosmetics. She healed the rashes using the gel from the aloe vera plant. This led her to think about the number of chemicals used in skincare products. She realised that people needed herbal skincare and haircare products. So in the garage of her house and with a passionate background in herbs and cosmeticology, the humble Prakriti herbals journey began. We are now a women-led team working led by the mother-daughter duo, Neeta and Anusha Adappa with an all-natural retail range and are well known for being a national guest amenities partner for leading hospital and hotel chains.
